Cyber Bytes: Logo Design
Summary
When Dresden was first approached about designing a brand for Cyber Bytes Foundation, their visual preferences were clear. Their desired goal was to have a patriotic, strong look that could blend with their founding partners X Corp and American Cyber League. Located just outside of Quantico in the Washington D.C. area, Cyber Bytes Foundation brings together independent investors with teams of cyber innovators. Together they experiment, learn, and develop new programs and processes, detached from government and corporate purse strings, breaking new ground in cyber technology.

Client’s visual preferences: American color palette. Tech feel. DC comics/superhero vibe. Sharpness of steel.
Around the outer ring of the Cyber Bytes logo they asked to add the words education, innovation, and outreach as these three are key to the goals and messaging of the Cyber Bytes Foundation.
Throughout the brand, sharp edges, lines, and angles are used to further encourage visual consistency with its new home in the X Corp building - strong, sleek, modern, technical, innovative, experienced.
